Depending on the formation, the equipment can utilize compressed air DTH (down-the-hole) hammer drilling technology, delivering exceptional drilling speed and borehole quality in rock formations.

The full operational processes—including mast lifting, automatic drill rod handling, rotary feed, outrigger leveling, hoisting, and self-propelled movement—are precisely driven by an integrated hydraulic system. This fundamentally reduces manual labor intensity while significantly improving construction efficiency and overall project quality. Among these, the telescopic mast model reduces the mast length by half when retracted and is directly compatible with 6-meter drill rods and casings, greatly reducing auxiliary drilling time and further enhancing operational continuity and overall rig performance. Additionally, the rigs can be optionally equipped with a new rotating control console, offering flexible selection based on different construction conditions and operating habits for a more ergonomic and adaptable user experience.

  • Full hydraulic control is convenient and flexible
    The drilling rig's speed, torque, feeding axial pressure, reverse axial pressure, feeding speed and lifting speed can be adjusted at any time, to meet the needs of different drilling tools operating conditions and different construction techniques.

    It is convenient for the drill pipe to be connected and unloaded, shortening the auxiliary time, and also facilitating the drilling with the pipe.

  • High outriggers crawler type
    The high outriggers are convenient for loading and transportation, and can be loaded directly without a crane. Crawler walking is more suitable for muddy on-site movement.
  • Unique positive and negative axial pressure adjustment
    The best impact efficiency of various DTH hammer has the best matching axial pressure and speed. During the drilling process, as the number of drill rods increases, the axial pressure on the drill hammer is also increasing. Therefore, the positive and negative axial pressure valves are adjusted during construction to ensure that the drill hammer can obtain the best axial pressure. The impact efficiency is the highest at this time.
  • Function of lubricator
    High efficiency and durable lubricator and oil mist lubrication pump. During the drilling process, the high-speed drill hammer is lubricated at all times to maximize its service life.
  • Rig chassis
    It can be crawler mounted self-propelled chassis, also can be truck mounted self-propelled chassis or trailer mounted chassis.
